Souper Showdown is a top-down online multiplayer party game that I was a part of creating during my senior year at Carleton university. My main responsibilities were game design, gameplay and networking development, art direction and occasionally making art assets.
"Souper Showdown is a top-down party game about spoiling soup. Play as a chef or spoiler with as many friends as you have. As a chef, you'll protect your soup pot from spoilers, place traps like toothpick shooters, and throw spoilers in the soup to replenish its savor. As a spoiler, you'll siege the soup pot by evading traps - and the chef - while throwing old boots and rusty cans into the soup. The game ends when the spoil meter is filled, ruining the soup, or when the timer runs out!"
